Project Objective:
As Project Manager and UI Designer, I led the development of a fun and playful endless runner designed to appeal to players of all ages. My responsibilities included overseeing the creative and production teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of all visual and interactive elements.
In my role as UI Designer, I created engaging interface elements, such as buttons, HUD components, and feedback animations, aligning them with the game’s lighthearted tone. I also contributed to the overall user experience by designing intuitive layouts and visual flows that support fast-paced gameplay.
We developed custom assets and vibrant environments to enhance the game's charm and replayability, ensuring it remained visually attractive and entertaining for a wide audience.
